How can we help?

Shop Policies & FAQ

Production & Shipping

How long until my order ships?

Our processing and production time is 3-5 business days for ready-made items such as art prints, and 2-4 weeks for custom watercolor paintings. If you need something sooner, shoot me a message on my "contact' page, and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline.

How long does shipping take?

My shop uses USPS shipping. Shipping times vary, and are out of my control, but are typically 3-5 days for USPS Ground Advantage, and 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail. If you have ordered custom work and would like to utilize a different shipping service or are in need of a tighter timeline, please reach out using my "contact" form and I am happy to offer a custom shipping solution.

Returns & Exchanges

Art Prints

Art prints may be returned if they arrive damaged. If your prints arrives damaged, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order, along with evidence of the damage. Unfortunately my shop is too small to provide exchanges.

My goal is for all of my customers to be thrilled with their purchases. I am a small shop, so I do not have the same resources as an Amazon, but if for any reason you are not happy with your order, please reach out using my "Contact" form and we will work to find a solution!

Custom Watercolor

Custom Watercolor projects cannot be returned or exchanged, but during the process of creating a piece for you I will check in with sneak peaks so that you are sure to be in love with your new art!

I always include shipping insurance with custom orders. If your custom watercolor piece arrives damaged, you must contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order, along with evidence of the damage, and we will submit a claim with USPS for reimbursement.
